Shloka Bhatia terms and conditions of sale

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or make a purchase.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase via the payment methods available at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. If this occurs after payment, a full refund will be issued.
Prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

3. Shipping

For a limited drop, all orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days of order confirmation.

For pre order please allow 2-5 weeks once your order has been placed for us to hand make your pieces in London.

UK Orders: Approximate delivery time is 1–3 days once shipped.

International Orders: Shipping can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. Please allow additional time for customs clearance.

Once your order has been dispatched, risk of loss passes to the customer. Shloka Bhatia is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay that occurs during transit.

4. International Orders: Duties & Taxes

For shipments outside the UK, the customer is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and any other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Exception: Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

A refund will only be issued if we can confirm that the fault is due to a manufacturing defect and not the result of misuse, improper care, or damage caused by the customer.

To be eligible, items must:

Include all original packaging and tags
Be returned with prior authorisation from us
Cost of return is the customers responsibility

Repair & Care

We believe our pieces are meant to live many lives. If something you’ve purchased from us needs attention, we offer a repair service to help extend its story. For repair enquiries or more information, please reach out to us at info@shlokabhatia.com.

6. Product Descriptions & Variations

We strive to display colours and details as accurately as possible. Slight variations in shade, texture, or finish may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or the handcrafted nature of certain pieces. Such variations are not considered defects and are not grounds for return.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including images, text, logos, and designs are the property of Shloka Bhatia and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shloka Bhatia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased through it.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product(s) in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
